In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pko9," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pko9 platform accessible at pko9.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pko9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on pko9, through which the player accesses platform features, maintains a balance, and places wagers.
• "Platform" refers to the pko9 website at pko9.cam, including all games, software, content, features, and services accessible thereon.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a player on any game or sporting event available on the pko9 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by pko9 to eligible players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by pko9 in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activity in the Philippines.

By accessing the pko9 platform, creating a pko9 account, or placing any wager on pko9, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pko9 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pko9 platform and must not create an account or place any wager. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.5 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active pko9 account. 3.6 Account Non-Transferability. pko9 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your pko9 account or any funds held therein to any third party.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pko9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. pko9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify pko9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. Notification should be made via the 24/7 live chat support function available on the platform.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. pko9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity;
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Regulatory requirements or internal risk controls necessitate such action; or
• pko9 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, identity fraud, or other unlawful conduct in connection with the account.

4.4 Voluntary Account Closure. Players who wish to close their pko9 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any pending bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Verified balances net of any applicable deductions will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pko9 accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are as published in the pko9 Cashier section, which may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your pko9 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment processor. pko9 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges, for which pko9 bears no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts, subject to routine fraud and compliance screening;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: Within one (1) business day;
• Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.5 Source of Funds Policy. In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations, pko9 requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit or to a verified bank account in the player's own name. pko9 reserves the right to request documentation establishing the legitimate source of funds deposited into a player's account.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pko9 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to a player's pko9 account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before a withdrawal request will be approved in respect of bonus-derived funds.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Players are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility criteria for any promotion before claiming a bonus. pko9 reserves the right to decline or reverse any bonus credited to an ineligible player's account. Eligibility criteria may include, without limitation, account verification status, minimum deposit amount, account tier, and absence of active self-exclusion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any use of bonuses in a manner that pko9 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to constitute bonus abuse — including, without limitation, low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or coordinated play with other players — may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension of the player's account.

6.5 Promotional Changes. pko9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including where technical errors, unforeseen circumstances, or abuse are detected. Players who have already claimed a promotion and are in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements at the time of modification will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.

7.1 Certified Game Providers. All games available on the pko9 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers operating under valid gaming licenses. These providers use audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by professional dealers. Published RTP percentages for each game represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, pko9 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its correct state. 7.4 Sports Betting Rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pko9 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account or placing wagers if you are under 21 years of age;

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pko9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pko9 content without prior written authorization from pko9.

Any unauthorized use of pko9's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pko9 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the pko9 platform, including, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where pko9 has not been negligent;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof;
• Technical errors, delays, or inaccuracies in game outcomes due to circumstances outside pko9's reasonable control;
• Your reliance on any information published on the platform.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pko9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

11.3 The pko9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pko9 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or its freedom from errors or viruses.

pko9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, pko9 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notification on the platform, with a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the pko9 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and pko9 arising from or relating to your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the pko9 support team. pko9 will use reasonable endeavors to address and resolve player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

13.3 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to pko9 via email as set out in Section 14. pko9 will provide a written response to formal complaints within twenty-one (21) days.

13.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players who remain dissatisfied following pko9's internal complaints process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures, to the extent PAGCOR's jurisdiction applies to the subject matter of the complaint.
